The location was perfect and handy, close to a train station. Besides, West Byfleet Golf Club was 1 km away from the venue. Booked a room on the walls bed. The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly, and responded promptly to requests. The breakfast was abundant with jam etc provided, we liked everything.

The staff was polite, the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was perfectly fine: toast, butter, fresh bread, cereal, and jam. The location was magnificent - so close to West Byfleet train station, main pub, and Thorpe Park.

Fab location right by railway station as well as shops and restaurants nearby and amazingly nice staff. Also, close to a factory that is open overnight.

Milk, toast, butter, bread, and cereals were fab, I loved it. The hotel was in an ideal location just next door to shops and restaurants, and restaurants nearby. A cool bonus was Bell'amico, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The hotel was in a handy location, on a raised platform with an air of. Dined at That's Amore, it was relatively near the venue. Loved the way our guest room in the single bedrooms was.

The units are attractive, tidy on the walls bed. The hotel provides toast, cereal, butter, breads, and jam for breakfast, the food is reasonably priced.

Overall had very enjoyable stay on a Friday night.

The breakfast in the morning was abundant and perfectly good and complete with jams and toast. I had a twin room included with bedroom and three single beds. The comfortable location adjacent to a railway station was just what I needed. I was surprised at nearby Bell'amico, they had some goodies, drinks.

The place was clean with free parking and a very clean bed. Thoroughly enjoyed the queen room I was given, it had a TV set and a kettle. The breakfast was free of charge, offered milk, toast, butter, breads, and cereals. The location was perfect and handy, close to a factory that is open overnight, the garden was nice.

Loved staying at the guest room on the walls bed. Plus we had a TV set and a kettle. The staff was very amiable and extremely helpful in all services. Its location was ideal close to the canal. And it's just a short walk away from Subway, ate there once or twice.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

Abundant breakfasts with toast and jam etc provided, for instance, the staff were pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect, not too far from West Byfleet Golf Club. It was about 30 km from the airport.

Fairly clean accommodation, amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Very impressed with guest room in the single bedrooms. Hot drinks at main bar, welcoming service. Nice and ideal location close to centre, easy to get around.

Miserable staff!

We recommend it. There were toast, cereals, butter, slices of fresh bread and jam for breakfast. Very pleasant staff and the location was good and fab. What's more, it was really close to a raised platform, and 4 trains a hour to Waterloo.
